Zicam rocks. A couple of folks at the office mentioned it and I wish I'd gone out immediately to get some. On Sunday, I bought a box of the swabs and after using it, started feeling perkier right away.

Rob, who's been out gallavanting around Seattle with his brother Richard, came dragging home last night all cold and miserable and still sick. I handed over my box of Zicam swabs to him and I really hope he uses it, cause it's great.
