In a perplexing bit of perplexity, I'm exhausted. I hate being exhausted by mundane activities. Mostly this weekend, I lounged around. It perplexes me because I'd like to believe I'm more active and able, but whatever cold it was that I got, it zapped every ounce of energy and borrowed some from Rob, too.

Blech.

Speaking of Rob, he ruined the birthday gift I had been planning to get for him, the DVD of Finding Nemo. Neither of us had seen it in theaters, but he likes salt-water aquariums so I thought he'd like it. And it seemed the chances were fairly low that he'd go and get it for himself. Hah. Saturday, whilst I lounged with the cherubs, he wandered into Best Buy and wandered back out with Nemo, which the family unit watched. It was hysterical and we enjoyed it tremendously, especially the sea gulls. :)

But that was about as energetic as it got for me. I'm feeling a bit more peppy today, but I can sense a tension building in my neck that fills me with forboding for the evening ahead. I need to go to class tonight; I skipped all last week. Yet my head is starting to throb ever so slightly.

I hate being sick.
